These terms apply to the Pastrix website and app. Pastrix is operated by [COMPANY LEGAL NAME], NIPT [NIPT], [ADDRESS] ("we", "us"). By sending a request or creating an account you accept them.
What Pastrix is
Pastrix is a marketplace that puts people who need cleaning in touch with registered cleaning companies. We are not the cleaner. The agreement for the work is between you and the company you choose, and that company is responsible for the work and for its staff.
Your account
Give accurate details and keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what is done with your account. You can delete it at any time from the app, or ask us to – see the Delete account page.
Requests and bookings
- Sending a request is free and does not commit you to booking.
- A request becomes a booking only when the company accepts it. You are told by email, and in the app by notification, as soon as it accepts or declines.
- Give an honest description of the place and the work – the size, the extras you want, and anything that affects the visit, such as stairs without a lift or pets.
- Make the place accessible at the agreed time.
Prices
- Prices are published by each company, not by us. They include the journey where the company charges for it, and the extras you tick.
- The price is based on the details you give. If the work turns out different from the description, the company may revise the price with you before it starts.
Payment
You pay the company, in cash on the day or by card where the company offers it. Card payments are handled by our payment provider. Pastrix does not charge you anything for using the portal.
Cancellation
Each company states on its offer how long before the visit you can cancel free of charge. After that, the company's own cancellation terms apply.
Reviews
Only customers who received the service through Pastrix can leave a review. Reviews must be honest and about the work. We remove reviews that are abusive, name individuals, contain personal data, or are not about the service.
Complaints
If you are not happy with the work, tell the company first, as soon as possible after the visit – every company on Pastrix is expected to put things right. If you cannot resolve it, write to us at [email protected] and we will help.
Companies on Pastrix
Every company is a registered business. We check its registration before it can take bookings and remove companies that stop meeting our requirements. The company, not Pastrix, is responsible for the service it provides.
Our responsibility
We work to keep the portal available and accurate, but we are not a party to the agreement between you and the company and are not liable for the work it carries out. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.
Misuse
We may suspend or close accounts that send false requests, post abusive content, or try to harm the service or its users.
Changes and law
We may update these terms; the new version is published on this page with its date. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Albania.
